By purchasing, accessing, or participating in our programs, coaching services, memberships, or website, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. Services
Consistent Ties provides educational programs, coaching services, digital resources, workshops, and memberships designed to support personal growth and development.
Participation is voluntary.
2. Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative process intended to encourage personal growth, self-reflection, and goal achievement.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
3. Payment
Payment is required prior to receiving access to programs, memberships, or coaching services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
4. Refunds
All purchases are subject to the Consistent Ties Cancellation & Refund Policy.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to that policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All program materials, videos, workbooks, downloads, graphics, templates, lessons, and other content are the intellectual property of Consistent Ties.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or shared without prior written permission.
Program access is intended for the enrolled participant only.
6. Membership
Membership benefits remain active while the membership is current.
Consistent Ties reserves the right to modify membership benefits, resources, or programming as the community evolves.
7. Individual Coaching
Individual Coaching is an application-based service.
Consistent Ties reserves the right to decline coaching requests that are not aligned with the scope of services provided.
8. Appropriate Participation
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and supportive learning environment.
Consistent Ties reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation without refund for behavior that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or disruptive to the community.
9. Limitation of Liability
Consistent Ties makes no guarantees regarding individual outcomes or results.
Participants understand that personal growth depends on many factors, including individual effort and circumstances beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consistent Ties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services.
10. Digital Content Access
Program access is licensed to the individual purchaser only.
Sharing login credentials, distributing program materials, recording coaching sessions without permission, or reproducing any Consistent Ties content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
11. Privacy
Any personal information shared with Consistent Ties will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
Consistent Ties reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
