Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Consistent Ties, we are committed to creating a meaningful experience for every participant. Because enrollment reserves access to our programs, coaching, and resources, please review the following policy before purchasing.
Self-Paced Experience
Access to the Self-Paced Experience begins immediately upon enrollment.
Because digital materials become available immediately, all purchases are non-refundable.
Participants will have access to the program for three (3) months from the date of enrollment.
Guided Group Experience
Individual Coaching is reserved specifically for each client.

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled via email at info@consistentties.com with at least 24 hours' notice.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered forfeited.

Missed appointments without notice are considered completed sessions.

Coaching packages are non-refundable once purchased.

All six coaching sessions must be used within six months of enrollment.
The Consistent Connection
Membership is billed monthly and may be canceled 7 business days prior to payment due date.
Your membership benefits remain active through the end of your current billing period.
No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
